Is it really free?
Yes, it's free to start. The AI assistant works within a monthly quota of model calls, shown in your dashboard.
Do I need to host anything?
No. Sign in with Discord, invite the bot and configure everything from the dashboard. There is nothing to install or run.
Can I use my own bot?
Yes. Paste your bot application's token and tickets are served by your bot, with its name and avatar. You can switch back to the shared bot at any time.
What does the AI do when it doesn't know?
It hands the ticket to your staff with a short summary. Every draft is checked against your knowledge, so it asks or escalates instead of making things up.
Where does the AI get its answers?
From knowledge bases you write, documentation sites you sync (re-synced daily) and, if you allow it, what it learns from closed tickets.
Channels or threads?
Your choice. Tickets can open as private channels or private threads, and close by deleting the channel or archiving it.
Can my staff reply without opening Discord?
Yes. Replies from the dashboard are posted in the ticket under the staff member's name.
Which languages are supported?
The dashboard and the bot speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Norwegian and French, and every bot text can be edited.
